 Linda Rendleman, M.S., is an award winning speaker, facilitator and author, and is dedicated to personal and professional development of women. As a single mother, cancer survivor and business owner, she brings perspective to the many roles and challenges of today's woman.

For years, Linda's audiences have been inspired and encouraged through her television shows, radio programs and dynamic speaking presentations throughout the country. Highly sought after, she speaks on a wide range of topics, including women's health, motivational and social issues and workplace themes and can customize a presentation or workshop to meet the needs of any group or organization.

Sola joined Business Women Connect as the BWC Feature Article Writer in January 2010. She is responsible for contributing articles on topics that support BWC’s mission of developing business and professional women through mentoring, connections, and resources. 
 
Sola is also the Founder of ImageCube ,a personal brand consultancy dedicated to teaching people how to harness their image. Born in Dallas, Texas to Nigerian parents, Sola was raised for much of her childhood in Nigeria while her parents received their undergraduate and graduate degrees in the U.S. Her cultural experiences (most clothes are handmade by a tailor) and family connections (her maternal grandmother was a fabric merchant, her paternal grandparents were socially and politically active in the community) exposed her to fine fabrics, talented local tailors, and the joy and privilege of richly colored, well-tailored clothing. Her interest in the power of beautiful, purposeful, and personalized clothing was an innate part of Sola’s passion and personality.
 
With a BA in Sociology from Wellesley College, an MBA in the works, and more than a decade in the corporate world, Sola brings intuitive knowledge, a practical awareness of corporate culture, and proven research and theory to her ImageCube clients. She is a member of the Association of Image Consultants International, a certified Myers-Brigg Personality Type Practitioner, and has been a featured fashion expert on the Fox 59 Morning News Show.
 
Sola lives her vision every day, volunteering for community non-profits Dress for Success of Indianapolis, Young Executives for Success and Indy Hub.
