BWC E-Mentoring Program for Change
Are you at a point in your life where you are asking essential questions? What is the purpose
of my life? Is my personal and professional life fulfilling and going in the right direction? What have I wanted for my life that I haven’t achieved? How do I hit the “refresh” button on my career or pursue new possibilities?
Perhaps you’re feeling a nudge to explore your life in a whole different way. Perhaps you would like to explore new possibilities and discover a new purpose for work and your personal life. Perhaps you would like to create a strategy to pursue new goals or start a whole new career.
If these or other questions are haunting you, the BWC E-Mentoring Program will guide you through some critical processes toward your own unique answers.
Offering a three-phase process, this customized e-mentoring and time-released Web based
learning program will support and help you navigate your way to new possibilities and outcomes.
You control the time spent in each phase and choose whether you want to continue into the second and third phases.
Phase One: Life Purpose and a Roadmap to Get There
This phase launches you forward. You will have access to downloadable documents for independent work, e-communication: unlimited e-mail communication led by you, and one-on-one telephone support with your Change Mentor. You will be guided toward creating your roadmap for your customized development
Phase Two: Support Your Development
Participation in this phase provides more self-guided exercises focusing on learning and unlearning thought patterns, characteristics and behavior helping or hindering your success. Your Change Mentor will once again support the process through telephone, e-communication, and e-documents.
An online E-Forum will be available over the next year. Exclusively for BWC Transformational Development and Change participants, E-Forum discussions will connect you with other members of the program for additional support and development.
Phase Three: Internal Transformation
Participation in this phase provides continual support from your Change Mentor through e-communication, E-Forum discussions as needed to assist in leading you through the process of change. Your Change Mentor will provide frameworks to support the journey inward that will help you move more effortlessly in all areas of your life.

BWC E-Mentoring Program for Change is facilitated by:
Jane Surges
A master trainer, Jane promotes relationship collaboration and transformation, designing and presenting seminars, personal or organizational retreats, train-the trainer and faculty development workshops, as well as keynote addresses. An adjunct professor of graduate and undergraduate programs, her work consistently focuses on the areas of personal and professional relationship success illuminating the whole person. Her work has given her extensive insight into the processes which bring people together in collaborative projects.
Jane is passionate about helping individuals attend to the whole of their life, and that in doing so, achieving excellence. She believes that one cannot help but better align their thoughts, decisions, and attention to the personal and professional path that is uniquely their own when their aim is clear. Surges has worked in the private and public sector, union and non-union environments, and in service industries as well as manufacturing environments. Jane is also an educator and works as an adjunct professor in faculty development, graduate and undergraduate education.
Linda Rendleman, M.S.
Linda Rendleman is committed to the issues and concerns which come about as a
woman in today’s society. She knows well the issues of balance, protecting
ones health, having the courage to take steps in unknown territory and owning our
victories as well as our defeats.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Speaking and English from Indiana
University and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Butler University, her
education has given her the tools to write, speak and listen to her colleagues.
